Formed in 2008 and headquartered in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, Air Taurus LLC is the aircraft operating wing of AYR Logistics. Air Taurus LLC obtained its Ukrainian AOC (Part-135) in 2009 and now complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012. The company also holds an Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (Part 145), a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (Part-M), and a Type 21 Design Organisation Approval Certification. Air Taurus LLC currently operates a fleet of helicopters on UN, WFP and US Department of State (AFRICAP III) missions.
