Air Taurus Limited was established in Dublin in 2021 as the cornerstone of ATG’s move towards advanced, new-technology, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for Cargo (C-UAVs) and Firefighting (F-UAVs).
Air Taurus LLC (Ukraine)
Formed in 2008 and headquartered in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, Air Taurus LLC is the aircraft operating wing of AYR Logistics. Air Taurus LLC obtained its Ukrainian AOC (Part-135) in 2009 and now complies with Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012. The company also holds an Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (Part 145), a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (Part-M), and a Type 21 Design Organisation Approval Certification. Air Taurus LLC currently operates a fleet of helicopters on UN, WFP and US Department of State (AFRICAP III) missions.

Registered in South Dakota and based in Washington DC, Air Taurus LLC USA, is the administrative and financial controller of the Air Taurus Group.

Based at Entebbe, Uganda, AIT-UG provides regional maintenance and administrative support to AIT operations in Africa.
